Cancellation policy
In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice. Notice can be communicated by calling the reception team on 01902 964917. Alternatively, an answer machine is available out of hours for you to leave a message.
Appointments that are rescheduled, cancelled or missed without the appropriate notice are subject to a cancellation fee.
Please note, new patient consultation appointments are subject to a non-refundable deposit payable at the time of booking.
