New season, new habits: Tips for better well-being going into the new season

We all love a fresh start, and with the new school year under way and the weather changing with the new season, now is the perfect time to get back into our routines after the summer holiday!

That’s why we have come up with some tips to help you break those bad habits and get back into those good routines, in a way that’s easy to implement and stick to!

1. Make a checklist

Lets get back to basics and put pen to paper.

Writing out your to-do list can be a great way to visualise your plans and help organise them into actions!

2. Schedule your diary

Following on from your to do list, getting your plans down in your diary or on your calendar holds you accountable and ensures you don’t double book!

3. Prioritise Sleep

You can’t follow plans and to do lists if you don’t have the energy to do so!

By getting at least 6-8 hours of sleep a night, you are allowing your body to repair, and should wake up more energised ready to tick off those lists!

4. Habit Stacking

Being more organised and well rested means you naturally look after your health more.

An easy way to stay on top of healthy habits is to stack them. E.g If you need to do your neck stretches, do them while you wait for the kettle to boil for your morning drink!

This way you kill 2 birds with 1 stone, saving both time and energy!

5. Look after your spine

Health starts from within. It’s so important to keep your spine healthy.

Seeing your chiropractor on a regular basis looks after your nervous system, which helps with sleep and health, and so much more!

A healthy body supports all of those good habits that you have spent so long building up!
