By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher, you agree to the Gift voucher Terms and Conditions listed on the voucher and on this website. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in accordance with the instructions below:
- The gift voucher has no cash value, is non-refundable, non-transferable and may only be used to the person who is listed as the giftee.
- This gift voucher is valid until the expiry date listed on the voucher. Any remaining balance will be forfeited after this date.
The Gift Voucher can be redeemed for the following:
- Chiropractic consultation and first chiropractic treatment (cash value of £69)
- Chiropractic Treatment (cash value of £41)
- Cash value towards chiropractic treatments and/or products bought from Wolverhampton Chiropractic Clinic
- In order to redeem the Gift Voucher, the giftee must state the gift voucher number at the point of booking the appointment and/or show the gift voucher at the reception desk at point of sale.
- The gift voucher can be used towards multiple transactional purchases, of which the remaining balance will be retained on the giftees account for future transactions.
- Wolverhampton Chiropractic Clinic is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers.
- Wolverhampton Chiropractic Clinic Limited reserved the right to cancel or refuse redemption of the gift voucher if fraudulent activity is suspected.
